The Power Program is an 8 week progressive overload style program that focuses on muscle growth and provides challenging workouts for intermediate-advanced weightlifters.

This program is broken up into 5 workouts each week, a quad focused leg day, a hamstring focused leg day, a push day (triceps/shoulders/chest), a pull day (biceps/back), and a full leg day.  Full gym equipment is required for this program.
